Item table:

This table has 10 rows named as "ShippingID", "ShippingNo", "ItemNumber", "ItemName", "Manufacturer", "Model", "Number", "Shipping 1", "Shipping 2" and "Shipping3".

Shipping table:

This table also has 10 rows named as "CompanyID", "ShippingCompanyNo", "Company Name", "StreetAddress", "Suburb", "State", "PostCode", "Phone", "Fax1", "ContactName".

Final table ItemShipping

This last table was creating to link the information from the first two tables mentioned (items & shipping). This table has only 3 rows named as "Item", "Shipping1" and "CompanyID"
